What I am about to share is the best exercise yet.

It needs no equipment. You can do it any time.

It is heart-healthy – regardless of the state of your heart.

Because “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”.

Helping people up when they are feeling down is one of the most generous things we can do.

Try it. Have some fun. Share some laughter!  It works every time. It keeps you fit.
