If you are looking for a way to boost your mood – here’s a tip that really works.
Draw what makes you happy. It doesn’t matter if you can’t draw well – this is just for you – sort of, like doodling, you know. Just like singing in the shower – it doesn’t matter how well you do it – the point is how good it makes you feel.

Draw a person you love.

Draw yourself doing something you enjoy.

Draw a place that brings back happy memories.

Draw anything you like.

Color it if it makes the image more vivid. Unlike looking at photos, which can also be a great mood booster, when you draw, you are creating your happiness. There is something therapeutic about being the creator rather than just a bystander.

Try it. It works. It is fun. Feel the joy!
