And you know what that means? I feel humbled, honored, excited and feel pretty much how I felt when I was six years old and got my very first ice-cream. That I got hooked to vanilla flavor is a different story. That’s not what you’re going to hear today.

Wow, I’m speechless Vidya, which is rare for me. And, as I wipe the happy tears, please accept my sincere thanks for this amazing tribute AND your taking time to guest post at my place. Our friendship proves you don’t have to meet someone face-to-face to make it real. We are Real Friends.
Love you!
(I guess I wasn’t speechless after all) 🙂
Oh Terri, I love your speechless speechlessness! This is such a wonderful experience for me! Hugs and love you lots! Thank you! I am blessed that you are my friend.

Dear Fran – thank you for your lovely comment. I believe in saying “I love you” every day and whenever I feel like it. 😀 And with Terri – it is very easy. She’s so wonderfully warm and generous. 🙂 I’d love it if you visit her blog and read the post.
Hi Vidya,
What a wonderful tribute to your friend Terri. She is lucky to have you in her life. I loved how you listed all her qualities, that was fun to read. We need our gal pals in our life for support, sharing and fun. Your haiku was great.
Dear Cathy, yes, you’re absolutely right. And thanks so much for your kind words. Terri is everything I listed and more. And gal pals always rock. A friend of mine posted a quote on her blog that goes something like “Women who don’t help other women have a special place in hell” 😀 I totally endorse that!
Wow, this is the best link to a guest post I have ever seen! I’ll go right over to check it out. Meanwhile, on FB issues, I think I have liked your page, but I’m still learning this and I’m not sure I did it correctly. Thanks!
Thank you, Galen – wow! what a compliment! I’ll cherish this forever. And I really appreciate your visit over at Terri’s!
Re the social media stuff, the one thing I know for sure is that my enjoyment competes desperately with my time-management. 😀 I just wish all those widget-code thingies would happen automatically/magically. Sigh. I took half a day to figure out how to put the Facebook code here – and later realized all I had to do is just click the words at the bottom of the widget on any blog to reach the apps page and generate my own custom code. Sigh. 😀
I have to agree about Terri. She’s awesome. Heading over to read your post!
Thank you, Pamela! I await the day we have that coffee together! Yay!
Sounds wonderful indeed Vidya!I am just heading over at Terri’s blog and giving it a look, as you have so beautifully written about her- am sure it’s going to be great. Thanks for sharing 🙂
