A fitness break – or an exercise break is being recommended by researchers. It is believed to not only increase productivity, but also get people back into shape.

The Japanese have been doing it for ages and they certainly don’t have problems in the productivity department. Also, come to think of it – when last did you see an overweight Japanese person? Okay – if you did – it must be a rare one.

As little as 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference, the researchers say. And the best news is that it is said to put an end to the mid-afternoon slump most workers experience.

Try it. A quick walk around the block.
