The One Degree Difference

Picture this:

At 211 degrees water is hot.
At 212 degrees, it boils.
And with boiling water, comes steam.
And steam can power a locomotive.

The one extra degree makes the difference.
This simple analogy reflects the ultimate definition of excellence.

I came across this great video which illustrates this beautifully – do watch it.

It is so true that the difference between success and failure is very small. Success requires you take the first step – something many people never do!Excellence is no harder to achieve than failure, as long as you take one more step on your path. Thanks for a great post!
