Are you stressed out?

Stress is a  part of life (doh!) It is not necessary to wait until you collapse to find out if you are stressed – there are some easy symptoms that you can watch out for, recognize and take action.
You might like to try using stress balls – they’re fun!
Here we go:
Sweating
This is a hormonal result of stress – particularly if you find yourself sweating under the arms (where it smells a lot worse than in other parts of the body). What to do? Shower daily for a start. Use roll-on deo and learn to tackle that stress
Thirsty too often
A dry mouth is the result of insufficient saliva in the mouth. It also leads to “death breath” (halitosis) and eventually dental problems. What to do? Drink lots of water. Floss and brush your teeth regularly.
Tired muscles
Stress can contract your muscles leaving you feel strained. The back muscles feel the worst of it and you end up experiencing spasms in the lower back. What to do? Ease the muscle pain with exercise – squats are good. Rest your arms on your knees and hold for ten seconds. Repeat a few times.
Nose block
When your stress levels rise, your immune system takes the worst hit. This can lead to acne, psoriasis, hives and warts. Ugh. And – that’s not all. You also tend to catch a cold and flu too often. What to do! Aerobic exercise helps tremendously. Do it for at least thirty minutes a day, thrice a week. Break into a clean sweat.
Your blood
It was cool for our ancestors to build up stress and get that adrenaline going when they had to chase their meal or run away from enemies. Unfortunately, the stress causes hormones called catecholamines – which thickens the blood.  Ignore it and you can raise your risk of a heart attack.
It all boils down to exercise & healthy diet – and a healthy lifestyle!
