An Affirmation for 2012

by Vidya Sury December 27, 2011 12 comments
It has been a hectic four days of travel and meeting family and friends. My next stint of travel begins today and I am very much looking forward to this trip. In the meantime, I am musing on how fast 2011 has whizzed by.

This has been a busy year, different in many ways and inspired by my blogging friends, I am tempted to take stock and list the most significant events in 2011. I am working on it, and will post it soon. Here’s my favorite affirmation, for the moment.

The New Year is around the corner.
Do you believe in resolutions?
Are  you making any?
Thank you for subscribing to my blog! Do consider leaving a comment – or just reply to this email! I’d love to know what you think.

Cheers!

Vidya

Hi Vidya;
I love your affirmation and hope you don’t mind if I borrow it for myself? I look forward to your 2011 list as well. I do make New Years resolutions, and I actually keep some of them. This year, I will be making a couple of very important ones, and have high hopes that I will carry each one to fruition. Have a safe, lovely trip and hurry back. And bring pictures!
Hugs,
T

Vidya! I love this and how positive it is. I also love making resolutions… often the same ones every year:
1. Eat well
2. slow down
3. appreciate family and friends
4. Find more humor
5. Always be positive

These are some I’m thinking about for 2012!!

I NEEEEEED that cup. Where can I find it? I miss you, sweet one. Any chance you are coming to the States in the near future? At the very least a skype date? Love to you!

“Live in faith that the whole world is on your side as long as you’re true to the best that is in you.”

THAT is a powerful affirmation! Thank you.

And, Happy New Year!
