Relationships

Are relationships the fountain of youth? – is the question I saw somewhere.

Physical health may be an important part of your well-being – but when it comes to aging, mental health matters, too.

Strong relationships with your partner, friends and other loved ones can motivate you to take good care of yourself. These relationships can also be an important buffer from the stresses of everyday life. Want to live a longer, healthier life? Take time to nurture your relationships, starting today. And remember, it is not always necessary to share similar views about everything. Almost always, it is the difference that makes all the difference – for the better!

And laughter! I think laughter throughout your days is key to the fountain of a youthful spirit! I keep my kids and close friends super close and we laugh our way thru this life. Better than boo hooing all the way thru it, right? 😀
