Maybe you have new experiences planned.
Or you want to tackle your TBR book stack. (TBR = to be read)
Perhaps you have begun an exercise routine and plan to keep it up all year through (yay! you!).
I began the year with a full health check. My main goal is to achieve diabetes remission, get off my medication, get my cholesterol levels under control, and reach a healthy weight. This means I must follow a nutritious diet that helps me accomplish this, monitor my blood sugar daily, exercise, and manage stress.
I am working with a dietician who suggests interventions to help me with natural supplements to accomplish this. One of these is Nucific products, a gluten-free probiotic weight management aid that supports digestive health and metabolism and helps manage unhealthy cravings. It also helps to maintain cholesterol levels, an important part of diabetes management.
Besides this, I plan to work on a couple of books in progress (yes, writing and publishing them), spend more time with friends, travel, and, of course, catch up on my reading. And I guarantee that just planning all this gets my adrenalin up.
What are you planning?
Research shows that when you plan or look forward to doing something, you feel happier than actually doing it. Knowing that you have something to look forward to gives you that extra excitement and the motivation to keep going–because you know you have something pleasurable coming up.
What are you looking forward to?
List three things to look forward to this year.
